We have a CNC milling machines to allows precise milling, drilling and contouring of parts.

  • Horizontal Milling with 4" spindle
  • Ganesh CNC 3 axis machine table size 16" x 72"
  • Cincinnati Hydrotel with 28 x 120" travel vertical milling machine
  • Giddins and Lewis Horizontal milling machine with a 4" center and digital read out for precision

Turning

We are able to turn parts of all sizes up to 38" in diameter and lengths up to 200".  We can hold tolerances of .0004. We have 4 Romi CNC lathes to help speed up the process to you getting your product quick.
  • Romi M20 CNC with a 20" swing x 80" between centers
  • Romi M27 CNC with a 27" swing x 120" between centers
  • Romi C830 CNC with a 36" swing x 200" between centers
  • Summit manual with a 21" swing x 200" between centers
  • Ganesh manual lathe with 38" swing x 200" between centers
  • Various lathes that can turn from up to 200" between centers
